​Kuersten Construction is made up of individuals who do not want to be lost in a large corporation and become pigeon holed into a single type job description. The entire management team wears multiple hats on a daily basis. By having employees with all levels of education and experience, new ideas are fostered and implemented. The management team is made up primarily of young individuals that have broad background working for  large and small companies as well as Owner Operators. This experience gives the team a substantial experience and knowledge pool to draw upon when making decisions for the future of the organization. We value our personal lives and free time.
